“When you look at a match report, the three main factors in determining how a team did are:
scoreline
casualties against
winnings
We lost this game. Did we deserve to? I dont think so. We played well in the first 4 turns (aided by an injury) to score. After that both teams were fairly non-impressive.
Two deaths and a SI? 2 of those were from fouls.... not even important fouls. Fouls on longbeards with one assist. With no reasoning and no valid justification. Not to protect the ball carrier, or prevent a TD.
20000 winnings? Really, do i have to spell it out to you?
borderline was a great opponent and a lot of fun to play, but to be shat on quite so badly is a bitter pill to swallow.
“A game that started out nice and ended nasty. The whole thing originated with Lucky Goldstar making one of Introspection's few and far apart fouls. An SI Longbeard. That was first half. In second half Lucky killed another Longbeard (who was then saved) with a foul (the second and last from the Orcs) and then the Dwarves became hellbent on returning the favor to Introspection. In the meantime Introspection scored once to even the game, and after a missed pass from the Dwarves gained possession again, killed another Longbeard (with a block this time...) and scored in the last turn. A rough game, and a tale of turning luck (1st half to the Dwarves, 2nd to the Orcs).
Thnx for the challenge Trif! I'm slightly worried by the Dwarves' reputation for carrying a grudge though... :)”
