“The numbers 3-0 does not really explain how intense and tough this game was for us. We started with one player less and the dwarves were really kicking us in the knees so most of our players were down in the dirt. Well that was to be expected ofcourse, they are dwarves after all. But Bone Crawlers had som brilliant help from their head coach and made excellent moves that made the game very intressting. Frozen death froze in place to many times for us to count them all and that made the job for our poor beastmen so much harder.
Our first touchdown we had to work very hard to prevent their touchdown and then gain control over the ball. Once we had the ball under control we had very little problems with getting it to the endzone, but by then the half was almost up. Our second TD was certainly not an easy walk to the endzone. We got intercepted halfway there and it got very crowded by the sideline. The dwarves manage with a brilliant push (our Nurgle Beast was moved) and left our ballcarrier next to the sideline totally unprotected. Then the dwarves tried to dodge but dodged to the wrong square and that was all we needed. Our unprotected ballcarrier suddenly saw himself unchallenged and could rush for the endzone. The third touchdown was almost given to us by Bankis and his orcs. They did not protect their rear and we could break a whole in the middle. We moved our Beast right through and he gave one of the dwarf runners a big hug (with all tentacles). The other dwarven runners were guarded by one of beastmen. Unfortunately this was not enough and the second runner made it to the ball but our beastmen were short behind and lowered his horns and charged the poor runner out from the field. He could not however take that extra step to pick up the ball and make the touchdown. He fell over but shortly another beastman was there to pick up the ball and score.”
