A classic clash of styles. 4 leapers with no defence against them (man i miss my tentacles MIno) was never going to be easy and so it proved, the first half was a constant war of attrition with leapers trying -2 die blocks every turn. Somehow we managed to crawl down the pitch and run it in on turn 8.

The tree was less of a factor than feared, but 1-1 was only saved by a timely fumble from the elven crew. Recovereing the ball proved tricky and took most of the second half, but by the time we did the elves were few and in spite of lacking rerolls we ran it in for the 2-0.

A fine game with a nice opponent.
