Sidenote: I had a bad day this day, not just on fummbl. After having painfully lot of bad luck, him insulting me and only 3 players left on pitch and him fouling every turn due to get the ref I got fed up with the game. I wanted to concede but as it was a cup game I didn't wnat to give my opponent an unfair advantage over the others and I got a bit carried away in my boredom. First time (and hopefully the only time) I ever timestalled (taking more time in my turns than I needed) to make my opponent as bored as I was.
One of my worst games ever
Edit (after seeing my opponents comments):
I was actually not trying to break Captain1821's nerves, I just said nice when something good happen. I like have a little conversation in game and that little "nice" was an attempt at breaking the ice.
Anyway, if my opponent thought this was nerve breaking talking I have to say I'm naive enough to not realize that.
When he commented my so called "good move" I finally began to think he was mocking me though but excused but thanked him after realizing he actually meant it. I don't think Captain1821 is a bad coach, definately better than average, but (I might be even more naive saying this) I honestly think I'm better myself.
As I already tried to mention I regret my bad behaviour though and hope it won't happen again.”
“He is really unbelievable for daring to comment this game.
No luck in my victory. I just played better. Webbe wanted a fast game with 2 turn TDs and he will never know what exactly I was doing. He had his lucky moments and I had mine too.
The worst thing in the game was his comments. Since the begining of the game he started saying "nice" when he was getting a lucky event like when my blitzer got BH or when he gained 2 times reorganise at the 2 first kick offs. He was trying to brake my nerves. So when one of his players got stunned I said "nice". He replied something like "A BH is better than a stun". Then I was sure that he was trying to brake my nerves. So I started trying to brake his nevres. I succeded, he failed. Now the poor guy feels insulted. If someone is that kind of person, he should never start the "brake opponents nevres" tactic.
By the way, I tried to stop all this by congratulating him for a good move he made but nothing...
When the game was for sure mine, he disconnected for half hour. When he came back he was refusing to play his turns! I was waiting for around 5 minutes for each of his turns and he really didn't have much to do. ”
