Rather ridiculous how many 1's I rolled when it came to trying to hit his players! Seven (7!!) of his players have FA, and it seemed like at least half the time it stopped my blocks from landing. I'm sure the actual number is lower, but I know for a fact it stopped more than 1 block in 6!!

Given the way the dice were favoring my opponent, he could easily have caused some serious lasting damage to the team. But he took it easy on us, content to merely win the game in humiliating fashion. We'll just pick up our helmets, throw our broken comrades over our shoulders for the march back to the barracks (where an IV of dwarven ale should have them back on their feet in a game or so), and wonder what the heck just happened? And how do we regain our fanbase? This marks four times in the last 5 or 6 games we've lost fans, despite having an even record during that time and (except for this match) inflicting more than our share of cas. There's just some secrets in this universe I guess mere mortal dwarves are not privy to...”
