“For the 2nd game in a row, Flash niggled out of the game AND my runesmith failed.

Started out bad for the Techies, with a double skull ending my 1st turn and I couldn't stop them from scoring. He kicked off, and I could not stop him from scoring on defense. I did manage to kill a Str 4 Hobgoblin by pushing him into the crowd tho (the fans were a bit rougher than I desired...)

By the begining of the 2nd half, he was running low on players (several KO's helped here), and I was able to run a good cage play to bring the score to 2-1. I was up 11 players to 9 for the kickoff and was able ot wrest the ball free (partly with the help of a double KO multi-block) and score on turn 8 for the tie!

Pretty good game, and clean, as neither team saw the need to foul.

Larry got dauntless to help out with the str 2, but aged (again) and got a niggle...I'll keep him anyway.”
