Dont listen to what he says, my opponent outplayed me pretty much the whole game. I was lucky on a gfi, rerolled hit for a pow, that knocked the ball out of bounds, down the field near my guys so i could score.

Cudos to my opponent for playing so well, especially after that PI to start

He has a ton of foul appearance, rendering useless much of the elven agility and passing game. All we had left to fall back upon was blodge (he hasn't had time to develop any tackle yet), which we used to the maximum benefit possible. First half it meant that, despite suffering 5 ko on the opening kickoff from a pitch invasion, we were able to stall him from scoring at all. In fact, were it not for an unfortunate bobble of a 3+ pass, we would've scored.

Second half, we get back most of our players, and are looking to score, then hope to play defense enough to stall once again. Send most of our players to the right of the pitch, drawing nearly every opposing player to that side. Leaving the left side wide open for my lone wardancer to dance his way to the endzone...if not for the gfi lucky pow blitz of his! Ball gets thrown back in by the crowd, in the middle of several of his players and none of mine, with all of his tacklers suddenly become blockers between my guys and the ball. Stuns and ko's follow, with my catcher SI'ing himself on a failed dodge. He scores, but lucky for me, leaves just a few turns left on the clock...

Finally, a little luck comes my way in avoiding 1's, as I'm able to knock his rotters around and get advantageous positioning of players downfield. One last ko on a FA beastman, and suddenly I'm able to employ the elven passing game again w/o any FA interference! Can we say, touchdown?!?

Very well played, a bit of misfortune on both sides allowed the game to end as a draw. Any other outcome would've been unfair. Enjoyable having to use intellect to figure a way through and around problems, knowing the opponent is doing the same, not merely hitting whatever is closest and hoping to hurt it. Good luck with the team!
