Then he proceeded to score albeit not without some (for elves anyway) serious dice rolling. (probably somewhat understated here)
I received and in turn 7 I scored.
Considered stalling one turn (no elves bashing my poor 3 men with av7 on the los but decided not to. Then he smacked some Norse and decided to foul again. Mind you; the ref had his eyes on him still!
Second Delf sent off and he succeeded in having no reserves for no gain.

In the second half during my drive things started to heat up and in a series of lucky blocks I managed to put 4 Delfs in the injury box. Outnumbered badly they could do little but watch how my thrower strolled to the endzone.

Again I could have opted to stall but decided not to.
Actually had some hopes for a 3-1 and decided that having a fun match was far more important than the tedious stalling for 4 turns.
Bear in mind that I'd outnumber him with 3 or 4 men plus he had no re-rolls left.

An early doubleskulls in his turn made the situation hopeless even if I couldn't score myself he had no chance left whatsoever.

Poor winnings, no FF gain but 2 of my Northmen gained a skill.
