“If it wasn't for bad luck...

The Gypsies go home once again winless and penniless. Again, this was a game that could've been much worse than it was. No permanent injuries. Gustav and Mang got into a pissing match and Gustav spent the game on the sideline. The Cougar stepped up with two big completions.

The worst thing that happened was Blue Dancer took a bad one at the end of the game and will sit the next one out. Still, he was smiling on the way out since he managed to redeem his last game by scoring a big TD. Douglas 'The Cutlass" Han brought in the other one.

Sweet Baby Ray Jones almost seems like a distant memory. Once again he was taken out early in the game, in the first drive. He sat out the game badly hurt.

Solomon Moon stepped up at the end of the game with a killing blow against a big handed Beastman. Qaz's apothecary brought him back from the dead, but Solomon Moon brought home the MVP for that sweet move. He has been watching some of the blitzers and picked up the guard skill.

The Gypsies feel like they've been cursed. In the last ten games they've lost 2 key players, won none of the games, gone home penniless four times (in the last three games the Gypsies have brought home a total of 10000 gp). Jones has been ineffectual which is frustrating given his huge influence on the team's rating.

Still, that which does not kill us...
