After getting roughed up for a few games, Evo and I ended up tied in the rankings and facing each other in the final round. I was hoping for some insanely lucky rolls to pull me through against the Wolves (one with +AG and the other with +ST.... ugly). Sadly, it was not to be.

I was completely overmatched, outplayed and generally smacked down.

Poor Earnest Byner died on either a GFI or a blown dodge - I forget which. Naturally those dastardly Necromancers seized their opportunity to inflate their ranks. I tried to put him out of his misery but to no avail.

Towards the end, I had 2 players to field and no chance of stopping him. The wolves were just too nasty. He ended up having to score with the flesh golem to keep it interesting... twice! Now <i>that</i> is what I call an ugly match.
