“A tough draw. Though there were more lizardmen than elves on the pitch throughout the game, the elves seriously outskilled us and each drive was a desperate scrabble to stop the other from scoring. The elves led 2-1 and it almost looked like they'd be able to score again, until a Saurus FINALLY managed to down the ball-carrying Witch Elf (quite difficult, considering none of my guys has Tackle). A skink then managed to run the length of the pitch to score on the very last turn of the game. A close call.”

“A tough draw indeed...we had a 10 elf roster to start and that quickly became 9 when we niggled out an elf.
Fortunately the lack of tackle for the lizards was rather telling, and of course the leaping-tackling-ballstripping Rene Debauched was a bit of a problem for the skinks. He skulled in the end though, and that was the game, pretty much.
