“This one started out rough for the Miners..after sliping the ogre apothecary a Mickey Finn the game started with the ogres not failing a BH roll until turn 5, and the first 3 blocks were SI (apoth fail), stun, stun.
But, the MIners started the retaliation on their turn 1, BH'ing an ogre. by mid-way thru the 1st half, there were 3 Ogres and a Goblin BH'd, along with one goblin KO'd. The Middenheim Rollers could not mount an effective defense being outnumbers by so much, even with the 4 remaining Ogres with strength 5.
Garin ran 3 TD's in, and had a chance at a 4th, but he blitzed the goblin instead of running past him.. SI'd the gobo, but it was a pow/skull, pow/skull result...and that left me one movement too short of the EZ..so I traded the 3spps for the TD for 2 from the Casualty.
