“A timely kickoff blitz allowed him to take the lead, although a good chainpush promotion gave my catcher a one-turn score to end the first half 2-2. Second half we got disconnected, and after some technical issues we resumed, with him scoring in typical elven fashion. We were able to barely equalize the score once more at the end of the game. It was very well played by both sides, with serious strategizing and chainpushing which only two experienced coaches can pull off. Unfortunately, he lost a rookie permanently, and I might have lost my team's best lineman as well...we'll see how much that niggling injury hinders his future playing time, but it's definitely time to start training a replacement. Though who'll be able to replace a +Str/+Agi/+Ma lineman is beyond me...”
