“Yep. Started with a blitz. But my catcher failed a dodge, burned a re-roll (still failed though!) and seriously injured himself. (-ST) Apoth did not fail me.
But an entire game vs two frenzied claws was not something I liked to see. Bear in mind this was my turn 0 (zero)in effect.
Nonetheless I could surround the ball and in the end get it away. The extra speed and agility began to tell indeed after a turn or three. Scored a turn later.
Then a riot ended first half.
2nd half I received and could score in my second turn without too much fuss. (even if burning a RR)
Then a period started in which both teams tried to outdo each other in ineptness. I think not a single turn ended without a turnover for either side. (funnier for me with a solid 2-0 lead I suppose)
Yet in the end elves have the advantage in such fumble-fests and I could secure even a 3-0.
The blitz in an 8th turn was mere icing on the cake. My 3 LOS-volunteers dodged away and ran to their safety.
All in all I can understand my opponent being less than well-chuffed about the way the dice were in this game.
