“1st game with humans in quite a while. Facing another Human team consisting of all Linemen..except for 1 Thrower...so I thought I had an advantage with 4 blitzers (block) and an Ogre (though my opponent did have a str 4 lineman). This turned out to be true, but not as great as I had imagined. Failure on my part to handle the ball well in the 1st half kept the score low, as there were many holes in the Steelers defense due to their players being on the ground.

It was a hard match on both teams, as all 5 casualties resulted in SI's (only one niggle though)

Jerry suffered that niggle, but our expert staff doctors were able to repair the damage and he'll be fine for the next game (--retired the player and bought a new blitzer).

A news feature in the local press about the impressive win by the Magritta Boilers brought in plenty of extra cash, but seems to have ticked off some of the fan base due to questions about the amazingly quick recovery of Jerry...were drugs invovled? Warpstone use has been hinted at, and the ineviatable questions about how that Warpstone found it's way into the Boilers lockerrom. Rumer has it that the Warpstone Ratz Star thrower, Warp Stone Flinger, was seen lurking around the shadows after the game!
