As expected it was a tough fight against PurpleChest's King's Own Purples, although they could only field 10 players.
1st Half kicking:
WG managed to Blitz the Ball Carrier and free the ball, but the Purples could control the ball once more and scored in round 5.
recieving:
Hard under pressure through PurpleChest Defense, the Gang stormed into the endzone with their hobos holding the ball in their hands.
2nd Half recieving:
Tension was rising, can the Winfo Gang use their advantage and score or is the defense too strong for them? Both sides had lost some players during the first half, so the fans eagerly awaited the return of their heroes. And it was close, good tactical working allowed the Humans to free the ball deep inside their opponents half, but somehow Salvador managed to throw the ball to Bull Tommy and stormed through all defensive lines left to score in turn 8.

Early doors we did a reasonable job of restricting his chances and the 2 turn td was prevented by a failed 2 die block rerolled. skull pows left no option but retreat and nearly lost us the drive as Winfo managed to blitz the ball. We recovered and scored only to see 2 reasonable chances for turnovers fail on his two drives.
We caused a few problems though and still had a 2 gfi ogre blitz on the bull at the death. The ogre fell. As with much this game, the plan was Ok but the execution let me down.
A bit of a letdown of a final. Though Zwei played well.”
