I received in the first half but he scored. A failed dodge sealed my fate and when the ball sailed to a good spot for him to pick it up and score I expected not to have a lot of chances to pull off a draw, let alone a win.

I had a mere 3 turns to try and score 1-1 and surprisingly I managed to do so. Only just but I did.

Then the second half the Orcs were plagued by apalling dice mostly. After a very poor turn I could blitz (with 1die only) his thrower, knocked him over, picked up the ball and even scored with 2 gfi's.

Not even burning a re-roll.

In the last drive I smacked the Orcs around pretty badly (few KO's) and they decided to attempt a long pass at a blitzer within reach of the endzone. With accurate the pass would succeed on 4+, a re--roll to back up the catch it seemed the best bet.

Unless a zombie intercepts the ball of course. ;p

Then it suddenly goes 3-1 instead of 2-2.

I'd like to dedicate this win to my staunch ally in this match; mr. Nuffle.
I will not forget what you did for me.
(not until you shaft me in a next match anyway ;)
