“One of my worst played games. I tried to play against him as if he was an agility team, using poorly thought out setups and mistimed blocks, which led to constant screw ups by my players. Some bad luck on both sides, and dirty plays and fouls back and forth.
If I learnt anything from this game it would be not to get into a brawl with chaos teams. They will always win in that situation.
We'll rematch some day, but first I must recover.”
“A little bit of recovery for the goats, after losing their two best players (90 total spp) in the last game.
Starts off bad. Fisrt block by the ogre.. 3db, need to push the guy out of the way so my CW can blitz without a dodge. Triple skulls. Great start. Add a bh to that, and he walks in on turn two for the score.
The rest of the game was good for me. I managed to delay the touchdown until turn 8, although i lost the ball once and had to chase after it, and bring it back into the endzone.
Second half starts with a touchback, and my 3 spp chaos warrior gets the ball. There is a 5 turn scrum in the center of the field, with many fouls back and forth. Eventually my DP got the best of his ogre, but he was apothecaried, and then i got him again, ridding myself of the biggest nuisance on the field... the only guy with enough strength to get a 2db on my chaos warrior with the ball. After he was gone, i moved my cage down the field, and scored on turn 8, killing a lineman on the way,
The new skill for the CW was a double, which went to claw. FF goes up, bad winnings though. Nonetheless, it is a good start to rebuilding the team.
Fun game, maybe a rematch sometime?”
