“A great match that rolled end to end. Razool is a very clinical coach, and makes very few mistakes, so this turned out to be a stern test of the boys abilities.
Nuffle wasn't always kind, but in the end we managed to scrape a draw. It could very nearly have been a 2-0 loss however, as the Orcs were in the end zone with the ball next to them at one point. Thankfully we managed to recover the ball, and Horan lobbed it upfield for Maxon to collect (eventually...).

First half, and we had very little say on proceedings. We did manage to push them around a bit, and even managed to make them rethink their angle of attack, but most of our attention was on the marauding Nobbla, who tried his very best to injure and maim! Thankfully all he managed was a couple of stuns. We finished the half 1-0 down.
In the second half things got interesting. We are still trying to perfect the technique of the Hail Mary Pass (judging how many to keep back in case of a counter-attack, and how many to send charging up the field in the hope of securing the ball and a TD), and we needed two attempts to equalise. Inbetween, Mork's Avengers came soooo close to making it 2-0. But they didn't, and on Horan's second pass up the pitch we managed to secure the ball and the draw.

After 98 games we are finally managing to expand the horizons of our gameplay =)
