The Undead recieved and bypassed our defence line to score the leading TD. In return the Bloodhorns faced a surprisingly stiff resistance, but eventually gained the upper hand and made in downfield - only to be stopped cold by a blitz and a pass into the nirwana right before their own endzone.
The Ghouls outrun our beastmen as several players of both teams ran backwards to pick up the ball and thus they scored a few seconds before halftime.
Behind 2 : 0 things looked truly grim for the Bloodhorns, but we managed to break the armor of our opponents quite often sending several of them to the KO bin, outnumbering them decisively. With a classical two turner, the Bloodhorns scored quickly and where in the game again. But - alas - the oppising fans did not cooperate and rioted holding up the game for three turns, while Undead where recieving.
They stormed downfield to score the winning third TD, but a Ghould stumbled over his own feet, giving the Bloodhorns a slim chance to score the equaliser. A few blocks later several Blodhorns made it downfield but only one of them was into position to score a TD and this very player was knocked down by a lone Ghoul who blitzed him.
Kudos to Chappy, who played brilliantly.
