Distracted by the walling of tornado sirens in my neighborhood, I boneheadedly turned down a both down result against soft's ogre(who has no block skill)with a player that I had block with, a reroll to force him out of bounds only resulted in a skull.
Went through my rerolls 1-2-3 in the second half and then slowly but surely lost most of my linewomen.
Jaleena bit the dust, and to make it worse my opponent didn't even give me a chance to get another score.
Well as the saying goes "Hell hath no fury like a women scorned", but all my gals could muster in that last turn was some pushbacks, a pile-on(which I'm sure turned the ogre on), and a failed foul attempt(that probably turned the ogre on too). And to top off a bad game my dead linewomen gets MVP !!!
Oh well another re-roll and fan factor towards perfection.”
“The players may be 'soft and sweet' (lots of push overs but only ONE casualty), the fans are definitely 'hard and bitter'. For the first time we pushed an opponent off the field and they killed her without remorse!!!
A match not worth mentioning apart from that. Lots of lousy dice-rolls, especially in the beginning. Problems with bonehead (and the ogre had the ball, doh), problems with block, passes, catches, apothecary, ... You name it and I got plenty of it in the first half.
The second half my 'luck' climbed from just over 20 to 48. Upset Tuk by waiting one turn before scoring in my 7th turn so he only had one turn left. My ogre took his anger but luckily survived the only foul of the game.”
