“That wasn't certainly a match which showed BB on it's finest.
The Bear's coach managed constantly to mistake my AG4 Thrower with the one who had ST4 and thus throwed some very unfortunate block die, while Jerhod found out that his AG5 Blitzer had some serious difficulties while dodging. Thus we had many turnovers while we both pushed our players over the pitch like bloody amateurs. Added to this we found out that a team without tackle had some serious difficulties to deal with blodgers and so Jerhod BHed my only Blitzer with tackle early in the second half to even out the odds.
Star of the day was our shadowing Catcher Ivan Orleff who proved to be invaluable in defence and offence alike. He scored twice and shook off two blocks from a Blitzer and a WE and shadowed that Blitzer on his way to score until he failed a dodge roll.
Still, both teams managed miraculously to score in the first half and the second half saw the Righteous Anger recieving and they quicky stormed downfield with several players being in position to score. The Bears did their best to guard those players, but could not prevent a pass, which was promptly fumbled by the reciever. Aleksi Timoshenko tried to pick it up, only to fumble it again but a Dark Elf player tripped while dodging leading to another turnover. Eventually Aleksi managed to pick up the ball, but could not bring it out of the Bear's half when he was blitzed by almost half DE team just at the line of scrimmage. Some serious fighting errupted, but Ivan Orleff picked up the ball once again and made it downfield, but was blitzed again by a Lineman and saved by his dodge skill. Ivan delayed long enough to prevent an equalizing TD by the DE.
Both coaches were quite happy when the game was over.”
