#9 Vincenzo "Aeroplanino" Montella – Dead (RIP)
This playoff game started off well for the A.S. Roma True Elves, with a quick virtually unstoppable 2 turn TD! Then Green Bay answered with a slow cagy advance and stall up the field to even it 1-1 at the half. The advance wasn't perfect, but the Elves bad luck was starting and they couldn't slow down the Pack.
In the first half, the Elves had lost 3 players to injury and their 4 strength buzzing player was out cold... Of the 3 casualties two (including the death) were failed dodges... and the elves luck was still going down hill...
Second half started with a quick 3 turn TD by the Pack as Roma started with only 10 on the field.
Roma Elves had a chance to respond, and even the score, with a blitzer on wide open deep down the sideline, and not a Packer could possibly reach him.... and NUFFLE struck the elves again as thrower #8 Giuseppe Giannini "Il Principe" fumbled the ball on his open pass attempt...
Brett Favre Jr quickly recovered the ball and passed it to Nick Barnett who took it into the end zone to make it 3-1.
The Elves managed another 2 turn TD to end the game down 3 - 2”
