“Took the ball, scored first in typical two-turn elven fashion. Helps that a fan's rock ko's one of his black orcs, though one of my blodging blitzers is also ko'd before I can score. (He doesn't wake up til mid second half.) Lineup hoping to merely survive the orc onslaught, though it's actually my darkies who are putting the smack down at this point. In the end, though, it requires a failed gfi by his blitzer into the endzone to let me retake the ball and return it the other way. Unfortunately, our friend the "1" shows up and stops us from maybe scoring, allowing him (after a scuffle) to return the ball the other way. Two turns left in the half, and another elven two-turn score. Half ends 2-1.
Second half he just can't knock an elf down to save his life, aside from ko'ing my agi 5 guard. Nevertheless, he's having ball control issues, esp after I manage to blitz/badly hurt his agi 4 blitzer. Agrach simply takes control in the second half--he's the one who badly hurt the blitzer to free up the ball, and even though we can't cover the ball before the orcs can (thanks to bounce out along the sideline), he intercepts the return stroke despite multiple tz's. From here his speed is too much for the orcs to stop him from scoring. Truly, Agrach deserved the MVP award far more than Ryld (who sat half the game in the KO box), which would have given him the cycle (and his next skill). Alas, it was not to be. But you're MVP in our book, Agrach.”
