#4 Ralith Bonewarrior – Dead (RIP)
Are you sure I was playing Ug and not Mully in disguise :)

Was a fun game with luck (and complaints) coming and going on both sides.

Very competitive game as always between myself and Ug.

As for the stalling. It wasn't really stalling...especially if you would have seen my luck on GFI's. No RR and 1 GFI to go, I decided to chance that I was untouchable. Ug had a slim chance of hitting him before he scored but was unable to come up with the luck necessary to save the game <yes I know Ug was giving me a hard time :) >.

Great game and I look forward to our next battle.

Side Note: Wondering why I keep getting blodgers when the whole league is a bunch of block tackle poundy types. Oh well, just hoping to survive on a FF 4 (went up whooo hooo).

Thx

What a crazy game to open <a href=http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=group&op=view&group=413> season 2 of WWB!!! </a>

And we were robbed again – like a play right out Twain’s playbook robbing us in the cross over matches last season…

In front of a pathetic 46,000 in the pouring rain, it all started back in the first half, the first hit of the game, reminiscent to our lost playoff game, a lineman is BH (yes the first block of the game!) and on the next block, another lineman is KO’d! Soon the unstoppable Luna Tikk scored a TD for Malevolence, and Hurl responded by throwing a spinning throw to Axe to even it at 1-1.

With only a few turn left in the first half, and Malevolence looking tired and out of rerolls, the kick-off – and talk about luck, the rain stops and the kick is caught by the thrower Drogoth Malzus. Malevolence manages to get a TD to lead 2-1 at halftime.

Next half, Hurl has the ball and is looking to throw it to a WIDE OPEN, completely UNCOVERED lineman, but noooooooo…… Thrower Hurl fumbles the ball in spite of no opponents anywhere near him… This eats precious time and when Storm scores the tying TD 2-2, less than 1 quarter remains… Again with no RRs, Malevolence benefits from a bad kick that goes out of the end zone. Malevolence pulls of a nice reverse to just barely get the ball to goal line where we just couldn’t get to it… And as the final seconds ticked off the clock, with a claim of “not stalling” <just giving Caileanhawk a hard time ;) > Malevolence pulls off a 3-2 win in regulation.

Both teams and coaches are ready to kill for a rematch!!!

Game Notes:

Ug was heard quoting Mully throughout the game as he threw fit after fit on the sidelines…

Luna Tikk tripped when dodging and BH herself…

Ralith Bonewarrior (rumored to be an evil niggler) died when coach Caileanhawk refused to send the apoth onto the field. The apoth later prevented an av -1 injury.

Caileanhawk took the lead the <a href=http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=matches&coach=3372&coach2=1940> series between these two coaches </a> with 2 wins and a tie in the last three meetings...

Chaaarge still leads its series with Malevolence 2-1

Jesper got MVP for the second time in his short career, both times facing Malevolence... will he get MVP again in their next game?
