This was the first game I have played where I have not had a strength advantage (he had 6 str+4 guys to my 5). <br>

The Aztecs struck first with a quick TD and some excellent blocking in the 4th turn. I returned the favor with a nice orc running play, the key point of the drive occured when I sprang my Blitzer from the wall and bolted towards the endzone. Erik_E reacted by putting a Saurus in the north sqare and a lizzie in the south. My Str 4 blitzer took advantage of this mistake by blitzing the poor lizzie out of the way and trundled in for the score. <br>

Second half, I started with the ball but couldnt pick the blighted thing up. The offence I use is a strong push down either side, with few blockers on the opposite side, that means if I cant move the ball... I'm in trouble. The lizzies capitalized and scored again after repeatedly losing the ball but recovering with their own players (bounce, bounce, catch, me yelling FAWK!).<br>

Got the ball back on the kick and once again could not pick the thing up. Lizzies recovered the ball but I managed to jar it lose with a good block. My trusty gobbo scooped up the ball and waddled over towards my ogre who was deep in conversation with Erik's big lizzie. Ol' Manglebone, annoyed at the gobbos presence hurled him almost half the length of the field. The Goblin, along with the ball, landed safe and unharmed about 4 steps from the endzone and scooted in to score. <br>

The Aztec's almost pulled out the win on their next drive, but my Str 4 blitzer stunned the ball carrier and the ball popped loose and went back onto their side of the pitch where scoring in one round would have been nigh impossible.”
