“Well, now I know why Knight of the Cross is one of the best human teams in the land. Quite simply put--he whooped my arse! Not much fun to live through, but at least I did live through it (more or less--lost a two skill linerat, got cash to replace, will take 3 games or so to get him back up to speed).
The killer was the ko's which went along with the cas--a team with a OTS (and I have two) is never truly out of a game...unless one gets badly hurt tripping in turn 2 of the match, while the other gets first hit by a stone to end the half without a scoring shot, then ko'd and never wakes up after he does score once. *sigh* He cas'd all my tacklers by turn 3 of the match, leaving his blodgers (of which he has more than I've ever seen on a human team!) free to roam around. His agi 3 passblocking blitzer is making better dodges than my agi 4 gutters, disrupting pass after pass which might have helped me climb back into this thing.
Clean match, he whooped me fair and square. Still will demand a rematch...in time...”
