“A game which we truly let slip through our fingers, along with half the passes/catches attempted. Both teams were rather pitiful, rolling 1's in incredible quantities. Since both teams were evenly afflicted, it was a quite amusing game. :-) Gary's a good guy to play against, and sorry your team was unusable for a while after while you waited on my internet browser to allow me to manually upload. Obviously, I have done so, and am desiring a rematch down the road!

Key block of the game: turn 1, first half, his tree hits one of my linerats, skulls, MNG's himself. Without the tree, esp at kickoff, the elves were left to the mercy of our rat ogre Kitten, who did indeed bestow much mercy. Of 16 turns of work, I asked him to move 3 times, block/blitz 13. He actually managed to complete the task given him maybe 5 or 6 times--it was incredible how many 1's he rolled on blitzes/blocks, when all he needed was a 2+. Granted, the few times he moved he made it count, but still, I expect much more from such a walking mountain of fury. Ah, well, I guess I should merely be grateful he made it to the match at all!

After the match, my thrower passed his 51 spp roll w/o aging. I don't know what it is about that 4th skill roll that the team really enjoys; I've aged a niggle on the third and twice on the fifth skill, but of 7 rats reaching 51 spp not one aged at that roll. Freaky. I'm not asking questions, and will gladly take it as long as it lasts, esp since I have several more rats closing in on 51 themselves. It's just...freaky.”
