“This game started the way we Dwarves like it. Nice and muddy to stop all that fancy orc passing. The was infact what happened as Noodles turn 2 int in the pouring rain gave us a decided advantage however not known for his ball handling skills he was stripped of it two turns later squashing his hopes of a quick, for dwarves, TD. Dog Boy blew 2 attempted pickups of the errant ball but the captain of the team could not seem to get a grip on the ball. By turn 7 he was finally able to get ahold of the bean and attempted to break free on turn 8 scrambling to Bunny Fu Fu who failed to take the hand off for the TD.
The start of the second half a turn 1 ko and Peter Rabbit BH their lineman Grool but the skills of their appothecary kept his man on the field. Following were 4 turns of virtual stalemate. However on turn 5 Bun Bun broke free of the pack with the ball and turn 6 shruged off their ogres blitz badly hurting the beast allowing him to easily walk in for the turn 8 score.
“What can I say - we expected sun and got only rain. The dirty little dwarves made the most of the conditions and scurried about in the muck and wouldnt let us near the ball. Before we knew it the rain clouds dispersed and out come the sun. As our eyes adjusted to the sudden glare we were greeted with one of the little dirties, Bun Bun celebrating in the end zone. What could have happened? ”
