After having an incredible streak of good games with nice winnings, no permanent injuries and good FF rolls, Markusiel Schugurtha, captain of the Black Arc "Carnal Pleasure" and head coach of the Blackhawks, felt somewhat uneasy. He knew that something fishy was going on - such an incredible luck , which was never experianced before, could not last for long. Filled with unease and doubts, Schugurtha couldn't find sleep. So the call from the chief of the watch was a redemption. The crew spotted some Wood Elfs eager for a game. So the crew lined up and kicked off while Schugurtha mumbled something about "If we are lucky at this one again, I won't catch any sleep."
Fortunately for the Captain, Lady Luck changed sides in this one. Capturing the ball early and running downfield for a quick break, ugly skulls led to another overturn just short before the endzone. Recieving the kick on turn 8 in the first period with no chance of scoring the equalizer turned out into a Blitz! "What a waste", smiled Schugurtha while his team recovered from the serious blows recieved from the WE.
Second period started and the Dark Elves thought they had enough fumbles, snake-eyes and skulls made for the past games and probably for the next three matches as well. Alas - before they could throw a dice again, the WE were at it again as they promptly rolled another Blitz!
It will remain a mystery forever, how the Blackhawks manged to finish their drive with a Touchdown; they were more surprised then their adversaries.
Some abortive blitz attempts led to the leading TD for the WE and the final kick off which resulted in a pitch invasion causing a number of ko's and BHs could not change the outcome of the match.
Despite avoiding any serious injuries, nice winnings and no drop in FF headcoach Schugurtha could find a peaceful sleep.
