In the mean time the elves really made an effort to kill my best players. Scratch must have sensed it and pretended to be injured the first time he was sent face down to the pitch. (BH) When he then fouled my AG5 gutter to death in turn 2 or 3 I used my apothecary but did not look forward to the rest of the match.

I decided not to play my usual style of fast paced passing and scoring. (I just KNEW I'd roll a 1 for the catch and had no RR)
The foul and soon after my dead gutter runner (from failed dodge fer crying out loud) made that the darker side of me actually got hold of me.

I decided to go and play a running game; blitzing constantly with my mighty blow and blocking as often as I could anyway. (far less risky plus I wanted to get even, silly the latter, I know)

My team actually killed 3 players (one apothed) Including an ST4 blitzer.

Sure; he had asked for it in a way; fouling (and to a lesser extent blitzing) but this was a wee bit much.

Sad game all in all. We both lost IMO.
