After a stalled drive in the first half, which ended because of some overzealous blocking by one of the longbeards, the Harvesters had man advantage yet got an extreme case of the dropsies. Mortee tried to pull the team out of its funk single handedly. He hauled down an insterception in coverage, then blitzed the passer and sent him to badly hurt land. The run left him uncatchable and he scored our lone TD. Then a seemingly blessed blitz went horribly wrong when it scattered out of bounds and the touchback went to our tragically undermanned left. Another valiant chase by Mortee almost stopped the winning TD, but the norse persevered.
