Drunken and half-conscious, the dulled players of Ostland Defenders took to the field. The crowd booed and threw old tomatoes on the yawning players. While a massive roar was unleashed as the brave players of the Longhorns took to the pitch. The druken captain of the Defenders waved away the toss and forewent his chance to start with the ball... The game started off rather shaky as a longhornplayer attempted to block a Defender only to find him dodging (actually finding a shiny object on the ground and bending over at the right time) and a futile couter attack by the Defenders. The Longhorns tried to bypass the defenders with a fance play going from the bottom of the pitch to the top. A few, still slumbering players at the top did twart that attempt however and as much as the Longhorns did try to score, it was simply not possible to get trough the foul, liquor smelling players of Ostland Defenders and the first half ended 0-0.

The crowd went berzerk as their team couldnt score against such an incompetent team and started throwing things unto the pitch. A rock took a Longhorn player in the back of the skull and he lay on the pitch asking for his mommy for precious seconds. In those few seconds the Ostmark Blitzer Herman the Tall managed to slip through the defences and score a TD for the Defenders... the crowd stood dumbstruck. How could this happen? To add injury to insult, two Longhorns were carried from the pitch badly hurt.

Things were far from over however and the Longhorns made a splendid comback, roughly taking out the Defenders only catcher with a boneshattering tackle. Soon afterwards the result was painted 1-1. The crowd settled back a bit only to be agitated again as the Defenders made a splendid play (might be due to the fact that their coach promised a bottle of undecided content to whoever could score one more TD) and it was only due to the incompetence of Stephan the Strong that the game ended a draw and not a shocking win to the Defenders.

After the game we caught up with Defenders player Iskarl the Found who had this to say (he was actually the only player who was comprehensible) "Well, it was a good game all in all, we were a bit slow in the start but what can u expect three in the afternoon, we have petitoned for evning games in the future."

Did u know. "Even though Iskarl managed only a singe completion in the game he got +ag as his advance, great things to come for the lad we're sure"
