“The Boyz started in possession and feinted right with the ball, before heading left, then back towards the right, behind a tight screen. Black Orc Blocker Varg Bonebreaker was given the job of keeping the Possession Minotaur distracted which he did perfectly until he was fouled by the Possession just after the Boyz scored very late in the opening period. (I fouled his Mino first, then he fouled my BOB. No other fouls in the game, it was a clean match LOL).

The second half saw only 9 players line up for the Boyz against the ten from the Possession, but a quick blitz saw the Boyz win possession of the ball. The Boyz pushed hard and managed a second score just short of midway into the second period to take a 2-0 lead and effectively seal the match.

Both teams only had 9 players now, and the Boyz managed to trap the Possession Minotaur then win the ball. With only a few minutes left in the game, the Boyz were in range to score if they could hand off the ball to a Line Orc lurking deep in offence, but the Possession managed to put together a great play to knock the ball loose, then throw a long pass to the Beastman Zianon who caught the ball and sprinted (2 GFIs) home.

It was a very tight grinding game, but what do you expect, these guys are Orks! With only one eleven players, only one Thrower. If I lose the ball, it isn't easy getting it back, and my one Thrower was seriously injured very early in the game.

My opponent called it the most boring game he had ever played LOL. I'm sorry he felt that way, but heck, I had twice as many completions as he did ;P
