“An agonising loss on return from another sabatical. It was all going so well, as we were poised to take back the ball in T6, 2nd half, and secure the victory. What we failed to do was knock down the Thrall with the ball - maybe I should have used the Witch Elf to get an extra Frenzied bite at that particular cherry. We'll never know, now, but what we do know is my Blitzer, even with a reroll, didn't manage the job. The Vamps then pulled off a lucky last turn TD to steal the game, and rub salt in the wound. Disappointing.

Darkwolf obviously hadn't read my bio before the game - my first game back from a break is usually a slow one, as evidenced by my 7 minute turns on occasion. At least he has the win to take away, and a sparkling home from all the cleaning he was able to do while waiting! :)”
