“A real game of two halves this one.

In the first half the Stars run riot, the wardancers in particular impressing, converting their own kick off in a classic two-turner, and then breaking up two necromantic drives in the backfield and racing the ball to the endzone. By half-time luck (a fair bit of luck) and very direct play made it 3-0!

The second half looked like it may go the same way as the wardancers chased down the elven kick, but then the werewolves at last pulled their claws out.
What followed was little short of a bloodbath, as the two wolves (Shadow Lord in particular) tore through the elven lines, sending man after man to the injury box, including, to the horror of the team, killing Eneid (apoth had been used to prevent an earlier rip :( ).
Soon there weren't enough players to prevent the necros from converting, and then they walked in a second through the skeletal defence. Surely would've been 3-3 if there had been another turn or two.

Well, it was a fun game, and would make a good replay, but a very costly one for the Stars. I literally couldn't watch those wolves blocking at one point!
