The first Stars drive went off without a hitch, directly down the center for a typical two-turner. The dwarves then set up their push for the half, slowly grinding through the elven defence. The battle was long and hard, but Nori the runner finally ran home on turn 8 (minimal stalling, just a tough fight). Half-time, 1-1.
Second half the dwarfs recieve, and another cage pushes down the field, taking half the Stars off the pitch in the process, and converting in turn 14. We had two turns left to come up with an equaliser, but all our runners pulled their socks up and the long pass made contact with the wardancer in the endzone, 2-2 :)
An a-typical game, hard fought by my opponent and possibly I was a little lucky with the draw.
