In the first few turns our typical high-speed start failed with a blown pass, and the wolves laid in, tearing through the team and leaving us with 6 players left in no time :(
We marked up with what we had left, but the wolfs played the ball well, scoring and then forcing another turnover and score before half-time, 2-0 down and a long way back.

Second half was a little better for the Stars with the ko'd players coming back, but the wolves held on to their drive well and ran it home for 3-0. Our response worked well, the wardancer picking up deep in their half for our 1 td, a consolation at the time.

My opponent played well, and I was very, very lucky that all the casualties were bhs. Still, wolfs are horrible, and I now live in fear of Necromantic teams :(”
