“A painful day for the Khemris. The game started with a blitz, but it didn't prove to cause any real problems for the elves. By quickly recovering the ball and going around a few skeletons, they put themselves in a comfortable position by taking the lead 1-0. Recovering the ball, MoP started marching down the field against a textbook display of cage containment defense. The mummies were rather unlucky, as they weren't able to get much more that one block per turn and too often had to settle for a simple push. The half ended on a failed hand-off to a blitz-ra who could have scored with 2 GFIs.

The second half started with a touchback and the ball was given to a mummy who quickly surrounded itself in the usual cage. Again the undeads started creeping foward. However this time they were a bit more effective and were able to knock out a few opponents. Midway through the half however, after yet another re-rolled blitz that still resulted in a push, the ballcarrier was briefly left open and that was just enough for the elves to send their dauntless blitzer right at him. The 1D block came through for them and the undeads were stripped of the ball in a most humiliating way. After a bit of dodging, the ball was picked up and the elves quickly ran it all the way back.

Very poor display for the Khemri's third game in the WWB. We swear to get revenge against the next elf we cross! ;)”
