“Well, a slightly flattering scoreline for the Stars, but they showed their class for once by racing the chaos off the park in the first half.

I spent the entire half kicking, and Muyske's beastmen time and again either failed to pick up the ball or left it only partially covered. And so the tag-team of Afesol and Eimein set to work on their backfield, prising the ball out from any cover and sprinting towards the endzone, leaving the heavily loaded chaos los in disbelief. The pattern continued, and it was 4-0 by half-time....

Right at the start of the second half, much to Muyske's relief I should imagine, Afesol was bhed, and the elven counter lost its dynamism. Our own drive for 5-0 broke down, and we settled in to a long battle to hold up the chaos, who eventually made it to the endzone for 4-1. Should've been 4-2 really, as another elven attack fell apart, but the beastmen fumbled once more :)

I must say Muyske was very unlucky in that first half, the ball handling was awful. That being said, perhaps the positioning was little suspect too (Muyske said he hadn't played in three months, we'd all be rusty after that), and my guys took advantage brilliantly. Not often I can say that :)”
