Another game that I deservedly lost. 15% luck against this time - even worse than the hammering they got off ChrisB. Yet again no casualtiies. At least this time I managed to get 4 SPPs in addition to the MVP.

First half started well with a blitz, then Burger snake eyed the GFI to the ball and stunned himself. Ah well wasted RR and Blitz. Then I lost a zombie BH and Burger got KO'd for the entire game too - and all my rerolls gone by turn 2.

However Screech misclicked, and fell over with his ball carrying thrower - leaving Driot in the clear with the ball. His gobbo managed 2 GFIs to get next to me, so I blitzed him off and marked the only player a BOB who could blitx. Not only did he make the dodge and 2 GFIs but knocked me down too and then caught the ball. All without using a RR. I marked him - so he couldn't hand off - but then he managed to dodge out with a blitzer and remove the marker - and then go the length of the pitch and score in 2 turns.

I did, somehow manage to make a 2 turn TD - with Driot making the short pass ot Link in a TZ, who blitzed and dodged through.

Even so I had 10 for the 2nd half, and link joined shortly thereafter. I had very little luck and couldn't get the ball more than a couple of squares into his half. At one point I managed to get the ball back and run downfield, but got sacked and once again he managed to take the lead against the odds. ”
