“Key block of the game was probably a MNG shot to my str 4 lineman in turn 2 of the match, removing his strength and guarding from helping out. The others did what they could, but the number of 1's rolled on either ball pickups or especially FA rolls to throw blocks to open up running lanes was insane. Him getting a perfect defense to start the second half didn't help any either, turning what could have been a drive to make the score 2-2 and changing it to 3-1 down. We managed to score once more, thx to a blown block by his guys, but we were way too short of players to even think about taking the ball back. His bashing with only two MB and no claw/rsc/po/dp was astounding--not even a team of av 10 would've stayed on pitch! Ah, well. Another game, another skill, no change in ff or new injuries, so it's all good. But now we're starting to wonder if it wouldn't be prudent to retire our beloved Azema before our next game...sad, but might be for the good of the team...”
