“The Wolfriders started on the defensive, and when the Brigadiers fumbled a little too long with the ball which was a bit slippery in the rain Rayek blitzed the ballcarrier, and Cutter quickly picked up the ball and tossed it to Treestump who scored. The fans celebrations after this textbook TD lasted throughout the rest of the half (a six turn riot).

In the second half another textbook TD meant a 2-0 lead after 2 turns. This time however there were no riots and the Brigadiers took the full six turns they had left to advance up the field in true dwarven fashion. The advance was spearheaded by Wyng the mino who blitzed away every elf who dared stand in their path, and the Brigadiers finally scored on turn 8.”
