“The hits just kept on coming this game, and could have proven to be the difference. In fact, he was down to only 6 elves on-pitch early second half, my str 4 lineman had the ball by his goalline, surrounded by comrades ready to fend off anybody coming close. I could've sat there the rest of the game, ensuring an easy victory. But I didn't, and knowing the outcome, were I to do it again...I'd do the same thing. I'm here to have fun, and stalling, while effective, is boring and NOT fun. Sure, I like to win as much as the other guy, but a competitive game where the outcome is in question down to the wire is far more satisfying than sitting on the ball for 7 turns.
