#9 Asilias – Dead (RIP)
Me, a gentleman? You're just being nice because I know where you live and you know I practise martial arts, right? ;-)

Hey, everybody has these kind of games now and then. Next time I hope to be able to put up a better fight. I have had my chances, but as you say, Nuffle just didn't really like me. That little luck that I needed just wasn't there. I have lost count of the about of turnovers because of a 2+ dodge failure.

Still, it was a fun game. I got enough cash to replace that kill. (Without the SPPs on him, unfortunately).

Next time, man, next time.... :-)

Nuffle was on my side this match, especially the first half. The first POW of the game resulted in death of Asilias, later on a Slider proved himself Slipepry indeed when he broke his back going for it. Fortunately the medic was in good shape.

The score could have been 0-2 at half time, but a cocky performance by the Strikers caused a turnover and no score. The Sliders scored 1-1 just after the break, but the Strikers took use of the numeric advantage by scoring a 1-2. Despite a last desperate effort by the Sliders, the Strikers kept their lead fairly easily.

Thanks to jazz, who took his misfortune like a true Elvish gentelman... :)
