I get the ball, kick lands at the sideline. I´ll do some blocking, then move my Thrower to pick up the Ball intending to throw it to the Goblin. Nope. Ball wents out of bounds, gets thrown back in and lands right in the hands of my Blitzer halfway in enemy territory ...
My opponent starts to block him around, can´t bring him to the ground and surrounds him with his players. Hmmm. Some nice pushs later he is 1 dodge away from running for the TD. And he does it! You should watch this on the replay.
Second half: Myself kicking, opponents thrower gets the ball, but stands in the backfield as the Troll throws DoubleSkulls on a block. my blitzers swarm in, get the ball and 1 turn later its 2-1 for the Pillagers. (We had to reload right after that TD, so you won´t see his failed blitz on my ballcarrier because we emulated the play as best as we could...)
After pushing his starblitzer into the crowd (no real harm don -> reserve box), his orcs go all crazy and inflict 3 cas over the next few turns and score a equalizing TD on his last turn. My TTM attempt failed, so it was a draw.
Fun match and a nice coach to play against. I´m sorry for that misunderstanding regarding fouling, get the ref and crowdpushing.
Why nobody spent some cash during the game remains a mystery. A gate of 73k should bring more money than 30k for me and 0K (!) for my opponent. FF increases were also absent. Got 2 skills and could buy me a replacement blitzer, though.”
