“Only a handful of mbs and guards... they may be EMU, but they don't look that tough, I thought. Turns out I was a little wrong...

The first half was actually an excellent mini-match, first the Stars touched down a typical two-turner, and then the Orcs set up for a very long battle down the pitch. At several times it looked like we might steal it, or that they'd break through... Todfatha wasn't intentionally stalling, it just took that long to get down the pitch! The orcs finally did score in turn 8, but I was satisfied with the effort.

Unfortunately, the second half was a little different, as we were light a couple of players, and the orcs put several more of action within a couple of turns, niggling Eimein, and killing yet another 'ni. They'd cruised to a five-turner, and our chances of equalising went astray with a missed dodge.

Still, the match was fairly fun, and to be honest we probably needed to trim our tr a little. Da Todfatha belied his EMU status and didn't foul at all, and like most of his comrades is quite a good laugh. As long as I don't end up playing EMU'ers every match then I can still enjoy it :)”
