The basic lesson for me here was never count out a wood elf's chance of scoring. A couple of the tds were pulled out of pretty nasty situations and just thumped downfield. Throughout the first half it was all we could manage, as we were battered by the dark elf blockers, and suffered very poor luck with gfis and dodges, leaving us lucky to go in 1-2 down at the break.
The second half was the woodies, a very long pass and a breakthrough combo of wardancer-catcher making it 3-2 without about four turns left. However, then my bad luck was repaid with interest upon Marcos, who for three turns in a row needed a 2+ hand-off to score the equaliser, and failed it every time.

I was proud of my guys again today, for coming from behind against superior numbers, but the match really should have been a draw. Unlucky for that Marcos.
