“It started out okay - all elves showed up and I won the roll. The Deviationist made a quick touchdown, and I set up for the next drive.

The following kickoff result was a blitz for me - yay! I eagerly encirkled the poor High Elves. Then hell broke loose. The following turns were nothing but succeeded blocks all over - what good is a blodger when your opponent consistently rolls single-dice pows? At the end of the half, the score was tied and a Guard was out for the game. The Deviationist was also out, KO'd - I don't think he has ever been knocked out before.

With confidence lost, I set up for the next half, kicking. The result was Get the Ref - not that anyone cared, elf teams as we were. Even dark elves play by the rules. As my opponent threw the first blocks, It was clear that his luck wasnt as good as before. I used this to my advantage, and scored the winning TD in turn seven, although not without difficulty.

The last turn consisted of his Lion Warrior getting killed by a double skull (the apoth was used on the same player getting killed earlier) and Götterdämmerung running past the line to pick up the ball and throw it over the line of scrimmage towards his own goal, passing my thrower.

The results were good for me - enough money to buy another blitzer, +FF, and three skill rolls. For my opponent - -FF and no winnings.
