A fun game against a very fun coach. A weird lead with 1-0 at halftime turned into a 1-2 deficit. Each Eaten FC drive begun by being blitzed and in turn some nice weather and a bad kick (with a zombie nun losing her leg while kicking the ball) swayed the odds a little too much to recuperate.

It was however a very enjoyable game due to the jolly good spirit of jazz putting its brand on the game.

The game was very close to end up a draw though Snoopy Scissorhands forgot how he likes to hit people and failed to dodge away from a jazz giant at 3+ for the equalizer...

Lady luck was on steroids this game. The first half began with me kicking and getting Blitz! on the kick-off table. Things started to look real funky as I was just a mere two 3+ RR away from getting the ball safely out of my oppositions reach - an additional 3+ roll with a RR would have meant a score the following turn.

Unfortunately Pastorius still doesn't seem adjusted to the ball and missed his pick-up. A few turns later with some bad luck for harald I found myself in the same position as before - and Jaco again fails to pick up the ball.

The Necromancers force the ball to bounce - and finally ends up in the arms of an unskilled Kenny Garret who catches it on a 6+ without RR! The Giants manage to block a free path for Kenny - all he needs is a 3+ to get out of harms way... And he drops like a stone, with the ball bouncing away from the other Giant players. In turn 7/8 - still standing after a 2d block with a RR against him - "Neverland" Jackson manages to 2db (that is - after a zombie dodged to assist him) himself free from the sidelines surrounded by three Giants followed by an easy dodge to score the last turn TD for the Be Eaten FC

That's how it went most of the game - I managed all my less important rolls (and got lucky with 2 Blitzes and a Bad Kick all in my favour) but failed most of my crucial rolls several times while it was the other way for harald. Guess averageness pays out in the end.

An enjoyable game vs an enjoyable opponent.
